The solution is to elect or appoint as many minority, young, female conservatives to power as possible. That'll make liberal heads explode with 3x more rage than an old white man ever could trigger them.

Remove whitey from the conversation - if blacks were in countries that had Asians, Russians, Chinese, etc... they would have almost zero fricking power. The United States Constitution gives power to ALL people. Hence, anyone could become president, CEO, or an astronaut. Try that shite in the aforementioned countries or Cuba, Venezuela or Mexico.
