Especially after seeing what the Obama and Biden Administration did to whistleblowers. Dems punish anyone who exposed their corruption.

Why not keep the data herself?
So steal the data and commit a crime?

You are a goddamned idiot. They certainly changed the electoral votes on the presidency whether or not it would have changed who won the presidency.
That was not the implication of my comment.
Those were valid, legal votes. A clerk just didn't sign documentation that the machine counts were 0. People seem to think the votes themselves were fraudulent, which was the point of my comment. The clerical error didn't add votes for Biden or take votes from Trump.

Releasing it into the public domai
She didn't do that herself, though, which is a major problem
Having another unauthorized third party steal it is another major problem
Using the ID fraudulently of another person is also a major problem
None of these things are legal or follow the proper protocols of the whistleblower statute

It’s not the Republican’s fault. They want this to happen. Republicans are complicit with the demorats.

Might wanna re-read the thread that contain articles and videos of how the Obama and Biden Administration punished whistleblowers.

John Kiriakou
Did not follow proper protocols
Again, my question was
quote:
Which of these that followed the law was thrown in jail?
Both occurred prior to the Trump era, I might add, which removes them from the framing of his post as well

So let’s ignore the fraud on this technicality, especially given how whistleblowers have been treated under Dem Administrations…

Her giving the data to a third party was another crime. Keeping it herself decreased her criminality

Comey said no reasonable prosecutor would seek charges against Hilldawg because Hilldawg showed "no intent" to break the law although she destroyed evidence after being informed not to destroy said evidence.
Looking back on it all and what we now know about all of James Comey's deep state preservation / actions, he was going to bury the evidence for Hillary.
He was never going to allow it to harm her.
He was going to tie up the loose ends.
SloMoFo and BoozyDumbAss know this, it's why they steer clear.

So the judge denying for factual evidence to be used is interfering with an election?

So let’s ignore the fraud
That's a separate discussion. No fraud has been proven. Some random on the internet has made unverified claims.
We're at the point where y'all have to admit she broke the law, first.
Then we can discuss the sentencing issues
Then we can get to whatever this guy is claiming
