Trump needs to do an address and explain explicitly why the democrats wont vote yes.
He should tell the EBT'ers that they wont get their money because the dems want to give healthcare to illegals. He should repeat several times "democrats want to help illegals while not caring if your family suffers".

I say end it. The government being able to get things done has always been the problem. With the Filibuster ended, whoever is in power will get to pass what they want and then the other side can repeal it when they have power.
This "let's get along, i'll scratch your back and you scratch mine" is exactly what got us into this mess to begin with.
