it doesnt matter your health and quality of life, all that matters is that you are not hurting animals, and whatever, the same way people dont want to talk about the fact humans are too many and a black plague would be like a breath of fresh air for the world just like it was in medieval times, opening the opportunity for the renaissance.

Obesity is genetically driven in some cases. I'd guess blacks suffer from it more so than whites or Orientals. And also a sign of a lack of discipline or caring about one's self image. Like with most of these parrots.
My wife is a big gal. She got up to 260 when pregnant with our daughters. She worked at the church til 5 PM for 12 years, would come home at 5pm and walk/jog 4 miles. Do the treadmill for 30 minutes. Then workout on the back porch with weights and stretch for 30 more. She stopped working and now does all that in the AM. She is 60 and looks high 30's or maybe 40. And can work doing manual type labor for hours without stopping. When our girls were babies she would push the stroller through the neighborhood for 3/4 miles as she does now when our grandson visits.
She is of course incredibly built and has stamina from hell. And has been doing this all her adult life that I have know here which goes back to age 24. She eats 3 good meals a day and drinks 2 or 3 beers 3 or so days a week. And a bunch of red wine with our four daughters. She says she does the last 30 minutes workout so she can eat 3 meals and drink wine and beer with our girls. That is her trade off.
These goofy heifers have been taught that nothing is their fault, they are not responsible for their own behavior and it's all the white man's fault that I am disgustingly fat. That is a handy way to continue their habit of denying personal responsibility. This is a support group of the fellowship of the miserable.
It would have been wonderful if one of those nodding self deniers would have stepped up and said "Bull shite, I am at least mostly responsible for my own happiness at this adult stage of my life and one thing I can control is eating 2 whoppers and large fries on top of a breakfast with 8 strips of bacon and 2 waffles. Then finish off with the day with a bucket of KFC. I work then go home and turn that boob tube on instead of hit the road for 4 miles like many of these white women do.
There is an equally white fatass group of heifers out there just like them so I guess that is the white man's fault too. Which white man I don't exactly know since a ton of them are fatasses too. So all this at the end of the day is a choice unless you have some rare, rare disease.

She was in the 1939 cinematic version of the Civil War (we lost that one, too). Damn fine actress, actually. Without looking it up, I think her name was Hattie McDaniel.
