I have seen democrats declaring one more signature is needed and it is all over for Trump. Now I see what they meant.
What happened to MTG and all of the victims and their client lists they were going to release? Didn't she say she was going to announce the names on the House floor?

What I do know is a foreign government is allowed to have lobbying that isn't registered as a foreign government, magically after LBJ gets into office after the Kennedy assassination. And now, like 90% of those in office, on both "sides" are backed by that organization.

This will be a good test of America First vs MAGA. My money is on America First and Massie.
What has Massie done to make America first, much less great? He should run for President again with DeSantis and fail again. Then maybe he will STFU, no?
So the man that created and put MAGA into action is who exactly? A loser Massie that has done nothing but stop MAGA can GFH.

Massie also stumped for Kevin McCarthy on the floor of the House when the same folks knighting for him now were lambasting McCarthy at the time of the campaign/vote to oust him as Speaker. I guess those same folks will continue to wildly come up with excuses for these strange about faces from the guy.
As if Omnibus Johnson is some vast improvement over McCarthy? Agree or disagree with Massie’s backing of McCarthy, Massie supported McCarthy based on principles since McCarthy preferred passing individual spending bills rather than pork-laden omnibus packages.
Opposing such omnibus bills aligns with the Freedom Caucus’s hardline budgetary goals. Now, you can disagree with Massie’s tactics or criticize Massie’s refusal to compromise, yet anyone who claims Massie aligns with progressives to undermine Trump is a low information voter.
Indeed, I don’t need to “white-knight” for Thomas Massie. For the umpteenth time, Massie’s voting record speaks for itself.
Massie is by far the most conservative member of Congress — if by “conservative” you mean someone who consistently supports the principles of limited government. That is NOT open to debate and anyone claiming otherwise is a fool or a tool.

Lets look back in our time machine to see who was the most virulent in trying to keep moderate Kevin McCarthy as speaker. MTG, Garrett Graves, and Thomas Massie. Now look where those 3 are. MTG is going on the View and CNN to trash Trump, the GOP leadership (Johnson and Scalise got Graves drawn out of the House), and Massie is the point dog on all things NeverTrump. The Bible says "you shall know them by their fruits"
So heres a fruity refresher

The Stomach-Churning Story of How Kevin McCarthy and Marjorie Taylor Greene Became BFFs. “I will never leave that woman” is an actual thing the Speaker has said about his conspiracy-theory-loving pal.

How life is going for this former McCarthy deputy: Not great. Republicans in the Bayou State are privately saying that Garret Graves made too many enemies, both in Washington and back home.

Rep. Thomas Massie on Friday said the decision by conservative lawmakers to replace former Speaker Kevin McCarthy was a major misstep. “Switching from McCarthy to Johnson was the biggest mistake I’ve seen conservatives make in my decade of serving in Congress,
Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene, R-Ga., later tried to remove Speaker Johnson, though he managed to survive the effort against him.
Massie stupidly admitted that actual conservatives took out McCarthy, and that he didnt see himself as one of them

By any objective measure, he most certainly does.
Again, you can criticize Massie’s tactics to promote his Liberty agenda or likewise criticize his refusal to compromise yet Massie’s voting record speaks for itself.
In a just world, Massie’s voting record would serve as a model for the MAGA movement on how to return this country to fiscal sanity and likewise limit the power of the Deep State:

We've covered this before
That scorecard doesnt include his committee votes against his fellow conservatives, his attempting to sabotage Scalia and Mike Johnson, his Epstein BS, his enlisting DIM help to go after Trump, his constant attention seeking posts and speeches to undercut the MAGA agenda

I certainly understand the argument that Massie’s steadfast refusal to compromise on principles is akin to cutting of your nose to spite your face. But at that point, you are discussing Massie’s tactics and not his voting record.
