Just because it’s being theorized on a political message board doesn’t mean it’s true.

So what is your opinion then of why he’s been against Trump and common sense decisions since 2016?

He hasn’t been completely against Trump. He helped overturn Roe.

States rights was a compromise imo, which I agree with. If the left want to abort their agenda I’m fine with that as long as we agree there’s no constitutional right to do that.

What?

How else do you think they could rule beyond what they did?

All the major abortion cases involved state laws exclusively.

Naw. They ruled basically to the max that they could. There was no "compromise" by the Supreme Court.

Roberts cared about political attacks on the court back in the GWB admin and he wants to avoid the court being internally politicized at all costs.

A. No I didn't

B. That's irrelevant.

Explain how the USSC could make it "illegal federally".

So why does he continue to be stipid if we have leverage or is he just a tds retard?

Roberts turned before Trump was President the first time. Trump called him out and he's held a grudge ever since. I can't believe a conservative SCOTUS would succumb to pressure from any black mail attempt considering the stakes but it does seem to be the case here.

Because Progressive thought was so offensive it was the only route. Like the criminal using the law to his benefit though that was never the intent

Compromised - most - Branch of governance
