what part of less than a year ago the supreme court ruled that a president was immune from prosecution and while impeachment is always on the table your party isn't even close to having sufficient numbers to make that anything other than an adolescent masturbatory fantasy.

are you some kind of a phucking retard?

No shite.

Now, figure out how that applies to the entire conversation and you'll have learned something.

Doesn't matter.

It's amusing watching you spend so much time deflecting and trying to pretend you weren't wrong.

Congress. Can. Impeach. The. President. For. Ignoring. Judicial. Rulings.

It's really that simple. Trying to pretend a federal judge can't check the Executive Branch is toddler shite.

These judges are on the lowest rung of the judiciary. They are basically the traffic court of the fed. They constantly overruled by the higher courts.

Basically the JV judicial team is trying to run the Executive branch.

That's toddler shite.

You people work too hard to make everything you say so easy to dismiss.

Look at the good Judge Benitez has been able to do. I get that you don't like what Boasberg did, but that doesn't mean anything.

SFP is a progressive with a bad case of TDS. It’s no longer surprising at all.

No point talking with Displaced, he mostly just makes assertions and refuses to back them up. Then when you ask for proof he gets really pissy that you don't just take him at his word.

Really odd behavior for an adult.

You keep asking for this because you don't know what you're talking about. If you did, you wouldn't be trying to push this nonsense about "Congress wouldn't do that."

Do you see Congress realistically impeaching Trump on the ruling in this case? If the answer is no(spoiler the answer is no) then it’s not a realistic outcome. So we are back to what are the realistic scenarios, what recourse does the judge have?

Can Congress impeach the president for not following a court order?

If the answer is yes, then your entire argument falls apart.

Bro....this is the analogy you chose to rip into Trump with? Really? Confiscating guns and waiving due process? REALLY?

You leftists have never been very good at seeing double standards, conflicts in current vs past arguments, or logic. Good Lord, man...here's a dollar. Go buy yourself some self awareness.

wow you are genuinely stupid, not just poliboard stupid but profoundly stupid, let's recap here jethro, impeachment isn't a legal process it's a political process. congress could impeach the president for eating his english peas with a knife if they wanted too. there's no threshold wherein mike johnson throws up his hands and says "i have no choice i have to impeach donald trump".al green has already filed articles of impeachment twice.

so as a practicality deporting venazulen drug cartel members would have to so enrage american voters that in 2026 they give the dems back the house and switch enough senate seats to convict in the senate. do you think that's a realistic scenario? what you imagine, because you are so phucking stupid that there's some referee that throws a flag and says "that's ignoring a federal judge, that's a 15 yard penalty and loss of a down and an impeachable offense!" could that be an impeachable offense? sure in a hakeem jefferies house but not in a mike johnson's house.
