What’s it like to refuse to deal with reality? I’m honestly curious on this. I’ve asked for realistic options to a judge to compel the executive branch into compliance and you keep running to this fantasy were congress is supposed to impeach a very popular president on the ruling of a random rogue judge. A ruling he has no jurisdiction to make involving people that have not sought his protection.

The issue is one of interpretation of the alien and sedition act. One that has precedent on Trumps side. Obviously this is too important for a random judge and should have been fast tracked to SCOTUS (and would have been if there was a case).
