The plaintiff in the case are arguing that they are not Venezuelan gang members and deserve a chance to actually defend themselves and continue to apply for asylum.
They are here illegally. Thats good enough reason to deport them. Deport every GD foreigner that is here illegally. ALL OF THEM!!

The Supreme Court can take the case and if the president ignores them then congress can impeach him. Not some snot nose activist judge.
Well, that isn't how it works.

A French researcher was detained on arrival in the US, his computer and phone confiscated/ searched, and his texts criticizing Trump's cuts to scientific research were deemed by DHS agents as "hatred of Trump [that could bel described as terrorism." He was deported the next day.
According to a diplomatic source to AFP, the incident occurred on March 9. The space researcher was reportedly subjected to a random check upon arrival, during which his work computer and personal phone were searched. The same source also reported that messages discussing the Trump administration's treatment of scientists were found. He was reportedly accused of messages "that reflect hatred toward Trump and can be described as terrorism." His professional and personal equipment was reportedly confiscated, and the researcher was sent back to Europe the next day.
Reminder of freedom of opinion
According to another source briefed on the case to AFP, the French researcher was accused by the American authorities of "hateful and conspiratorial messages." He was reportedly informed of an FBI investigation, for which "charges were dropped," the source continued.

What if the President is wrong in his application of the law? Is there any review of that?
What if he is right? I know! Lets take a vote from the people in the U.S.. Oh, we already did that.

They know this. They don't care. Progressives value illegals over their domestic enemies. As soon as that point registers, everything else makes sense.
They don't give two shits about laws or due process when it comes to you, but an illegal, violent gang member? Well, they deserve only the best accomidations and defense. Oh, by the way, you will also pay for this with your taxes.

Well, that isn't how it works.
100% how it works. Neither congress nor the courts are a superior agency to the executive branch. Just like the executive can essentially sue congressional actions in courts to challenge their validity. 2 branches can override 1.

They don't need to be for your claim that federal judges can't check the executive branch to be complete bullshite.

Short Memory? Impeach!
Don't you remember Adam Schiff swore every day for months that he had the "Evidence" during the fake impeachment.

That being said, is TdA a "terrorist organization?"
Grok says:
TdA is considered a terrorist organization by Texas and, as of recent federal actions, by the U.S. government, based on its violent transnational activities and perceived threat to public safety and national security.
Whether this label fully aligns with traditional definitions of terrorism may still be debated, but the designations carry significant legal and operational weight in the jurisdictions applying them.

So you honestly believe a rando judge is a superior agency to the executive branch of the government?
That’s insane. Especially in regards to The Alien and Sedition Acts of 1798

Do you believe the executive branch is superior to the judicial branch?
This isn't some "rando judge," and there are processes in place.

The office of the president is a superior agency to a random judge. Yes unequivocally. Fast track it to the SCOTUS

by the judicial system no, by congress yes. congrats you're an idiot.

In disputes between the President and _________ the SCOTUS is the agency that has jurisdiction. A random activist judge can rule, see the decision appealed and appealed again to the SCOTUS. While the appeals are going through the courts and the president ignores them (until SCOTUS) what recourse do you feel the lower court should have?
They can appeal to fast track appeals to SCOTUS and request they order an injunction. But beyond that what recourse do you feel they have? Are they going to imprison the executive branch? Realistically, not theoretically, what do you want the lower court to do?

You understand that Congress could impeach Trump right now, right? They can, because that is how it actually works, not this wishcasting bullshite you're peddling.

They can theoretically try to impeach him (and have) over any nonsense they want (again have).
Do you see anyone in congress, even the dipshit progressive “squad” girls, moving impeachment proceedings through congress?
So, beyond theoreticals, what recourse do you believe or feel a random activist judge has now?
