Do you believe they're similarly incompetent? No? Then why are you trying to pile on and be negative here? Do you WANT division by pissing people off?

No one cheered when he said that
He’s really just becoming a clown at this point.

You mean Trump right? I don't recall Ron throwing shite. Don't worry, he will tag Ron as a RINO if he feels threatened enough and you can justify attacking yet another Republican with your circle jerk buddies.
He's so fricking predictable at this point. Disliked by over half the United States and you still can't fathom how he lost in 2020.

Sadly - all true
I love what trump did for us - and I bit my tongue about his curious rhetorical flourishes that do so much damage to the coalition that I think he really wants.
He is narcissistic - don't think anyone can deny that - most politicians are, but perhaps not to the degree Trump displays. He just cannot abide any slight whatsoever - and that is a serious fault.
I have always wanted him to happily accept the position of "king-maker" - meaning that he set the path, worked hard to clear the way, fought the good fight to establish it - and was taken down by a combination of outrageous propaganda supported by the wannabe oligarchs and the corrupt bureaucratic swamp in DC.
IF he could now stand by and allow some up and coming younger person like DeSantis or Lake or Cotton - or so many others - to further his initiatives it would be fantastic. He'd have to relegate himself to cheerleader status but if he did, he'd deserve a spot on Rushmore. In any event, I think he saved the nation with his victory in 2016 and the nation's demonstrable success under his agenda.

I could give zero fricks about the MAGA wing at this point. It's their dumbass nutbar candidates that are preventing a clean sweep. Trump is setting up to lose in 2024 because he can't set the Hillary Clinton writing on the wall. No US president has ever won with a > 50 unfavorability rating. And MAGA nimrods are on record saying they won't vote for non MAGA Republicans.
So frickem.

Here's your issue. The MAGA wing of the party could give 2 fricks about your Bush/McCain Neocon wing. So how do you square that?
I an not a Trump cultists as you would label me. But I do strongly advocate for what I would call MAGA or anti-globalist policies. I simply cannot support anyone in that wing even if they label themselves a Republican.

Why should we? If you want to dedicate yourself to an individual, go ahead.

I've been preaching about voting out anyone that would use their political office for personal gain as the primary reason they want to run. Trump doesn't fit that mold btw. You can get upset about him and his antics, but he didn't want to be President to get rich.

Which is why the Republican party is doomed to fail. You folks can't work with each other.
You can't fight Democrats because y'all are stuck fighting each other.

This is on Trump. He created this division. Only him. These idiots cannot see that.

Yep - Desantis hasn't said one word publicly about Trump.
Trump is the one trying to (and failing to) mock Desantis and tweeting out that Desantis helping other GOP candidates across the country is a "big mistake."

Is he failing? There are asshats on this board who probably won’t vote for DeSantis because he’s a “RINO”

Yes, I get it. And despite all his spoiled brat antics, he was insanely good for our country in office. So let's keep that shite in perspective.
He was good but ineffective at actually getting a lot of things done, because of him being him
Imagine someone with his philosophies but an actual effective politician.
That’s what we should be shooting for.

Let’s clarify what you are saying here:
Are you implying that if Trump didn’t send mean tweets, the bipartisan reigning regime in Washington D.C. wouldn’t have stolen the 2020 election? And to avoid having rigged elections in future contests, we must “elect” candidates acceptable to the Deep State?
Or do you legitimately believe the dementia ward escapee received 80 gazillion votes?!?
If the former, think long and hard about the full implications of your postulation. That is not exactly a ringing endorsement of either DeSantis or the GOP.
If the latter….

Then so be it. This not the old Conservative vs Liberal paradigm of the 80s and 90s. It is globalists vs Nationalists. There is no "teaming up" with globalist neocons like Dan Crenshaw. We are done with that era.

Again its not a Democrats vs Republican battle. All Democrats are bad, and then about half or maybe more of Republicans are bad.

Cool.
Trump isn't it. Pick someone else.

I totally agree.
Trump is the classic personality cult.

I...i don't think you know what thin skinned means. He just thrives in negative and positive attention alike. He has the thickest skin of anyone I've ever seen. If he was thin skinned, he would've broke down and ran away in 2016 once the msm started trying to destroy him.
He's a top ranked shite talker. He will take the initiative to shite talk someone and then cross his fingers and hope they shite talk him back so that he can gain even more attention by shite talking that person even more.
When I think of thin skinned people, I think of people like that Taylor Lorenz chick from wapo. She doxes people nonstop, and as soon as she was doxxed, she gave an interview where she shed tears, saying that it's fricked up that she was doxxed, and it shouldn't happen...then a week or so later, she started doxxing wrongthinkers again. She is someone who can dish it out, but will literally cry and hide if anyone dishes it back to her.
