Same women towards the end of the video as they put trump in the car, she is shanking and can't holster her gun. Then stops trying and holds it.

They prob lowered fitness standards to fill positions because recruiting was down. Then they started making every employee do some bare minimum firearm training with CBTs "just in case". Then they start backfilling front line positions with people they hired to do accounting, etc, with the justification that "another warm body is better than nothing, it will be a deterrent, these people completed X hours of training so they're qualified, etc".

Not only that 3 men ducked for cover at the bottom of the steps instead of protecting the person they are paid to protect. Uvalde cops redo.

Guys who are fast and skilled but 5'5" don't usually get drafted to the NBA. I don't care how skilled or dedicated she is if she's put in a position where size and physical deterrence is a requirement to adequately perform the job. Thank God there wasn't another shooter, because they left Trump completely unprotected from the chest up. Size matters.
ETA: not trying to be critical of the SS agent who put herself in harm's way... she should have had an opportunity to display that courageousness in a situation where she could be more effective.

Meh there is a small % of women who can do the job. I have no problem with those 1% being given the opportunity. They just need to enforce the exact same fitness and proficiency standards on women as they do men. If said standards eliminate all women or virtually all women, so be it.
