Find a firm with 8-20 attorneys that doesn’t advertise and you can find big verdicts for
Firms that advertise just want cases they can turn over within 18 months or less

One day you’ll punch a car of the wrong person. Try punching a car on south broad or north Claiborne and see what happens. Why do joggers think they own the road? Who wins in that fight - person vs vehicle.

I have a cousin who is an attorney, but an in house counsel for a non profit, so not a criminal defense or personal injury lawyer. He told me the personal injury firms you see advertising on billboards and TV are garbage.
I've tried to call 2 offices who I didn't perceive to be those slip and fall trial lawyer types, but neither one was convinced I had a strong enough case to go up against Caesar's with.
I'm thinking about just saying to hell with it and chalking it up as a hard lesson learned, but there is no doubt in my mind I was a victim of brutality.

It's one thing if its a random tourist who didn't yield to me when I was crossing the crosswalk with a "WALK" sign, its another thing for a marked security vehicle for a casino to not yield and had I not stopped, I would have been hit head on by said vehicle.

Maybe you should focus your energy on getting your criminal case dropped instead of suing a casino.
