Two more compelling reasons to go electric.
The true answer is, allow a shite-ton of more non-ethanol at the pumps and stop the subsidies to the Iowa farmers.

Milk has no health benefits after you are a kid. I mean if you want to drink it knock your lights out, but you would probably be more susceptible to heart disease atherosclerosis, etc coupled with the amount of sugar we ingest.
The Milk lobby is a racket anyway.

In the South as you move through Tuscany down towards the Amalfi coast and Sicily yeah, butter is pretty much unheard of...olive oil is the thing. Up towards Florence and into Milan and the Piedmont they use it. Agree on cilantro though... but the Italians stay away from ingesting cow's milk as adults.
My Greek grandparents thought Americans were crazy to drink the amount of milk that we do. They lived to their late 90's and rarely drank milk , mostly goat if the did, as kids and not as adults....not even in coffee. Although my grandmother loved butter.

Notable exception of mozarella being on many breakfast plates.
But in SE Italy, very true that milk and butter are almost not used outside of cheese (which they do seem to eat a ton of) and gelato, which they do seem to take in moderation. Pastries and dishes I would think had butter were all made with olive oil.

You can keep saying it; that doesn't make it true. Dairy can be part of a healthy diet like most foods. Drink it, don't drink it but it's not harmful, and the "it's just for kids" thing is weird.

What if I told you that the "food" that's being consumed en masse by the public is more like a drug than a food item? There's a reason for the obesity epidemic and it's not a coincidence that it coincided with processed food and junk food.
Science has gotten really good at making appetizing poison.

I saw a study about elite athletes and how they utilize intake for exercise. They were distance runners who were used to high carbohydrate diets, to quickly convert to energy.
They put them on a high fat content diet, during the first weeks their performance lagged noticeably, but after 3 to 4 weeks their bodies had adjusted and they were back performing at previous levels.
My point is, yes our diets have changed, but its the amount we consume ALONG with the lack of exercise that is causing all the health issues.
l look at man in the street "scenes" or photos from the states and the obesity is quite jarring to the eye.
Id love to know how many average americans have actually, willfully walked up two flights of stairs in the past year??? 5% or less. How many have walked a couple of miles a day in their routines, far less than 5%. How many drive directly to the back of Wal Mart parking lot and walk versus driving around the lot for "the good spot". Do you do the drive through or park your car and walk in.

The root, and I mean the very root of all this is too many broken families. Being a child from a broken family makes your risks skyrocket for: illiteracy, obesity, a life of crime, having children out of wedlock, diabetes, having a low income job, etc. I could go on for days at the statistical risks. Larry Elder is actually an expert on this subject and talks about it frequently.
