Tupac had a documented performing-arts background (acting, poetry, ballet/dance training at the Baltimore School for the Arts). He started in music as a backup dancer/roadie with Digital Underground before developing the Thug Life persona.
This a genuine 1988 interview with 17-year-old Tupac Shakur (then a student at Tamalpais High School in California).
The full version comes from the Historic Films Stock Footage Archive and has been publicly available for years (uploaded by the archive itself around 2017)

I'm thinking "full party control" would have resulted in the SAVE America Act being passed back in April, among a hundred other bills and appointments.
