That would be textbook negligent discharge
Negligent only if the experienced agent pulled the trigger. There are lawsuits suggesting Pretti’s weapon is known to fire without someone pulling the trigger.
The agent’s hand was on the base of the grip. That’s how an agent may carry a weapon to be secured for evidence - by keeping the finger away from the trigger.

He grabs at something on his belt after the gun was removed, at first I thought it was a phone, but I now think it was the extra clip. That’s when he was shot, that hand movement after someone yelled “ gun”…just shouldn’t have been there, the signal chat operative that dispatched him should face charges

Good God not even close to a "textbook" case
It absolutely is. Remember, police are not only concerned with protecting themselves, they’re also concerned with protecting the public at large, including the demonstrators who are in fact peacefully assembled. When Pretti entered the melee armed with a gun, he established himself as a threat to public safety, and the officers neutralized the threat. Period.

When was he in an obstructing position?
When the nurse decided to white knight for the person that got pushed into the snow. He attempted to separate the agent from the pushed person. That’s illegal.

What commands were given? He was mugged and thrown to the street by a group of thugs.
We could probably hear them if the area wasn’t filled with a bunch of agitators blowing Karen whistles to alert any potential dangerous criminals in the area.
You're going to tell me that ICE can't do their jobs because people are blowing whistles?
Weak.

You must have overlooked him attempting to wedge himself between the agent and the person the agent was dealing with. I’m sure it was an honest mistake on your part.

Try again. The reference was quite obviously about the audio we have access to.
It is not the job of ICE agents to provide us with high quality audio on the phones of Karens blowing Karen whistles.
If you have an issue with that, take it up with the Karens who chose to deprive you with high quality audio and subpar video.

I don’t have an issue with citizens filming police. If you block police cars in or try to get between them and a suspect during an investigation, that would not be okay. You don’t have to answer every question an officer asks you, and they cannot search you or arrest you without probable cause.

What about breaking into a house without a search warrant?
What about randomly stopping citizens because of the color of their skin or because they have an accent?
What about going door to door?

How does Mr shoot the tires not have an ounce of self awareness or self respect after making a fool of himself the last time around on this
His greatest contribution to the lst death was that ICE could, have shot the tires instead on the, lady. Now he’s an expert on conceal carry!!

What it all boils down to is the person shot did not stand down and was there interfering. That's what it boils down to.

You’re a mental retard. I have not yet seen evidence of you being physically retarded, but I don’t assume that you’re not.
I hope that helps you wrap your retarded head around it.

pistol had an accidental discharge
No such thing…NEGLIGENT discharge Violation of CBP policy to remove holstered weapon until hands secured.

But the gun discharging is what really caused the shooting.
No, the morons with no PID of a threat pulled triggers and caused the shooting. They shouldn’t carry badges and need to be prosecuted for numerous criminal violations and fired for violating CBP policies. Freaking amateurs.

I do have some questions. Correct me if I am wrong but Mr. Dead Guy was supposed to be carrying his permit to be legal in Minnesota and from what I have seen he was not. WHY NOT?
Why was he carrying all that ammo? Anyone?
You do what he did, walk up on some LEO's with a weapon and not let them know, anywhere in the country, and youre asking for trouble.Much less have them find it in a scrum while youre resisting arrest.
