Yes and no. The contention may be that because Trump has not lived in NY the SOL is on pause.

Because it was facilitating a bigger felony the statute of limitations are waived.....if the statute Trump is alleged to have violated a Federal law, if I were Tacopina I would ask Bragg whether h e is the DA of New York (Manhattan) or is he still an aUSA at the SDNY? But there are some state statutes I have read that you could twist.
