I'm sure I'm behind the times on this, but Arthur Gregg Sulzberger is the lead publisher for the NYT. I assume he has major influence on the direction of the organization and who gets hired. He is a young white guy, so the white guilt thing is apparent.

But from Wikipedia, he recently had this to say to President Trump in an in-person meeting:

Sulzberger is a Jew. He's not a white person. I can guarantee you he excludes his tribe from the denigrating rhetoric he heaps on the white gentile males.
