It really started under Bush. The MIC lead the charge after 9-11. Look at the Fed debt in Jan 2001 compared to Jan 2009. It was a free for all after that.

Don't forget, and this is VERY important in terms of fraud:
Obamacare significantly changed how medicaid/care funds were distributed.
Obamacare:
- up to 90% federal matching funds for low income and disabled (non-VA)
- direct to states, when then distributed in the state
- states were responsible for collecting the data for what funds were needed
- states were responsible for verification
Obamacare was designed to fail, but also pave the way for fraud. It's no coincidence that Dems only went full-tilt open border (despite the polling) after Obamacare passed. Before that they were 'permissive' but moderate.

Barack Obama was created by the powers that be to do exactly what he did. He was tasked with the destruction of everything that was traditionally normal or good about the US.
