Sad to see you defending this shite, dude.

The same people who bitched about “secrecy” surrounding Kavanaugh docs are perfectly fine with Feinstein withholding this from the chairman

Also, it’s sad to see you oppose an eminently qualified judge.

He's fine with his leftists buddies making these anonymous claims. Serves their purpose.

Don’t you idiots know? You’re born a Supreme Court Justice, this poor girl was clearly pressured into sex with a fellow high school student that was, in a way, her superior! It’s disgusting!

I didn't defend it. I just asserted an alternative theory.

I would like to read the letter.

I believe that Kavanaugh should be force to answer a few questions that he avoided, but I really have no problem with him being confirmed. Rs won. they get the seat, its how it supposed to work.

Then it is time to break out the pitchforks, literally against every single federal Democrat politician, round them up, and throw tomatoes at them after poking them with the pitchforks and grabbing the leadership and honey and feather them .

Unless there was some major felony thing a guy did before he was 21 years old, Democrat or Republican, we should disregard it

Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh may have committed a very serious crime — possibly even a sex crime. Or maybe he didn’t. That’s what we just learned from an extraordinarily vague press statement by Sen. Dianne Feinstein (D-CA).

Progressives are disgusting

This is an entire article speculating about a man, defaming him and ruining his reputation and potentially trying to ruin his life for no greater sin than having the unmitigated gaul to state publicly that he is opposed to racial profiling, and believes that the constitution should be interpreted in its original sense.

Democrats have no decency. I don't know if they ever had it, but it's gone. Forever.

Brett Kavanaugh may have had consensual sex when he was 17 with a fellow HS-er

NOT FIT FOR SCOTUS!!

I have no fricking idea what is in the letter.

I would like to know. I have a hard time believing something that kavanaugh did as a minor would have any impact on his nomination.

Date rape. She can't remember all the details as they had been drinking but she is sure she said no at some point.
She can't talk right now as she is closing on a house in Aspen this week.

I think it's time to open up Congress' slush fund that paid off accusers in their own "me too" situations.

If you're going to burn SCOTUS down, burn the House of Representatives chamber also

You really think Feinstein would be THIS secretive over anything even remotely damning when there’s so much at stake in her mind?

No way. It would’ve come out long ago and/or she’d be screaming it from the rooftops right now along with the other Dems.

She’s playing the “unknown” game right now. Of course she lets it be known that there’s a concern with his history and that she submitted it to the FBI for an “investigation,” which makes it sound bad. But she can’t release what the content contains or what the FBI’s immediate reaction even is? She can’t even share the content of the letter with fellow congress? Anything?

Obvious plan is obvious.

quite possible, although trying to derail the nomination at the last minute could have been the strategy.

I am seeing theories that it involves bribing the woman involved in the incident to shut up. I have no idea if that is true or not, but that would certainly be relevant.

I'm OK with doing it to most of the Republicans....in fact, I'd encourage it sooner rather than later

But you're quite positive its sufficient to ruin his life, humiliate him and his family, and send him to jail.

Disgusting.

I just read the headline but have to love Feinstein not saying what is in the document but that she had turned the document over to the proper authorities for investigation.

It's obvious where they are going with this. Next step is to motion to pause the process until the "investigation" is complete.
