We can’t just play defense on this because if they fail 90% of the time they win. We need to pass laws allowing for execution for this, then enforce them. Also, we should attack China’s crops just like they are attacking ours. That would encourage them to agree to quit this.

How this has been presented to the people is interesting. They don't say what the biological material is for this one, but the first two had fusarium graminearum.
