The forgiveness of sins comes through faith in Jesus. Experiencing that forgiveness is humbling. These people are not humble. What they are doing demonstrates that they do not have the Spirit of God in them, and that they do not trust in Jesus Christ by faith, regardless of how often they go to "church" (some prosperity gospel-based social group where Jesus is a mascot rather than Lord and Savior).
They must repent of their hatred and turn to Jesus Christ by faith for forgiveness, and seek to live in obedience to Him.

This is a great example of why they have the problems they have. You can't help them. It's embedded in the culture.

I don't know who these perfect people free from sin are, or where you find them. Jesus had a hard time finding them himself and he's much more powerful than I am.
