What kind of card? I mean anything with the United States seal on there could be an issue, but doubt anything would happen to you. Now people selling them in bulk is where they will go. I think NY passed some kind of law a while back. Of course, not sure what kind of cards we are talking about.
If you're in one state and have a card from another state, well, good luck to them on all that.
Its pretty difficult, at best.

Let me be clear, as a 23-year law enforcement officer. If someone knocks at your door, don’t answer. If they announce themselves as law enforcement with a warrant, make them show you the warrant and their credentials through the window. Then call the department they claim to be with to verify. Otherwise if they break in, they are intruders determined to kill/maim your family and you do what you have to do to defend yourself and your family.

This COVID fear porn insanity will not end until those pushing it actually suffer real consequences for it.
Like real electoral consequences.
Midterms next year are shaping up to be a referendum on this and it was entirely preventable. All democrats had to do was STFU about COVID and let it run its course.

The Presidential election was just stolen in front of the entire world and not a thing was done about it.
This will be settled one way or the other, but it won’t be at the ballot box
