There is part of me that wants Judge McAfee to NOT disqualify Fani.

By disqualifying her the case is essentially dead. If she is not disqualified she will be politically forced to rush a complicated RICO case into trial before the election and we have already received a glimpse of the low level lawyerly skill from the Fulton County DA's office. I kind of want that shite-show hanging like a political millstone from the Biden administration's neck going into the election. Plus we get to divulge how Ratburger's deputy SoS illegally recorded the phone call with Trump and selectively edited it when they leaked it to WaPo. The rest of the discovery from the Trump side will be quite revealing too.
If Fani gets disqualified the case more than likely dies and we miss out on all that discovery and shite show court drama.

The bar to disqualify is even if there is an appearance of impropriety. He has no choice but to disqualify her if he’s the least bit honest.

I believe there is an 80% chance Fani will be disqualified. I just don't see how the DA fricking the special prosecutor and paying him 3 times more than normal is kosher in Fulton County. But heck, we are talking about Trump here where special law is made on the fly.

Its not an angle, its illegal. Congress explicitly avoided calling her as a witness when they found out it was in Florida to cover her arse. Poor girl gonna end up getting sued.

The sooner the case is dropped, the sooner the state can investigate how corrupt this prosecution really was.
