How are you going to climb a mountain when you can’t even climb the stairs out the basement?

Only a Kasich supporter could have the audacity to say Trump or Tate are mediocre

The 50s saw the lowest inflation rate our country had ever seen. Homes were super-affordable, and all you needed to provide for your family was a high-school diploma and blue collar job. People were happier and there was no woke bullshite like there was today. I think it's fair to say that the 1950s was the Golden Age of America.

So nostalgia? You are just ignoring all the bad shite that was happening?

Once some people become famous, they lose sight of who they really are and start marketing their "brand" which is all fake.

Or, I'm not looking up at people like that, and you are.

Andrew Tate is absolutely a mediocre at best human being who needs to repent and find Jesus or he will spend eternity in hell.

I do not respect him solely for making earthly riches peddling porn like Larry flynt or self help videos like Tony Robbins.

Donald Trump is the former President of the United States and despite my opinion of substantial issues of cowardice from his tenure and post tenure I agree that is demanding of respect.

just from listening to a few Andrew Tate interviews

Prayers sent (I’m agnostic, BTW)
quote:

Tate delivers more virtue than you would get in about 90%+ of modern church pulpits (Catholic, Protestant, Evangelical)

bullshite
quote:

He actually tells young men not to look at porn, get your shite together, get in shape, get your finances in order, become a protector, lead your family

I’ve never met any priest/pastor/minister/shaman/witch doctor/sensei that would advise against this, and have met dozens that have preached it.
“Get your shite together”
quote:

And even tells women to be chaste, be nurturing, be innocent. (Yes, I am aware of his background, I am simply discussing his message, not necessarily his past behaviors)

Because no religious folk say this
quote:

How many Pastors or Priests are delivering this message?

A fricking lot
quote:

The modern church is completely feminized, the churches are ran by the women in the congregation, from the music, the skinny jean Pastors or weak, effeminate Priests. I call it Ned Flanders Christianity, all the messaging is just feel good, happy talk, basically self help lectures. It's all about "being nice", which is not a virtue and never mentioned anywhere in scriptures. Nice men are not necessarily good men.

Is it?
I haven’t experienced this with the 3 churches (2 episcopal/1 non-denominational) I spent WAY too many hours growing in, and the 8+ churches I’ve visited in my search for God in the last 4 years.
Yes, I know it’s anecdotal. Sounds to me like your experiences are based on internet social media, but not life experience.
quote:

Young men want to hear marching orders, battle plans, they want to know who the enemy is, how he presents himself in the world, and how they should be fighting him

I think I get what you are saying, but churches say the same thing, but use satan as a catch all for all the negyouve already identified.
quote:

They are not getting this message inside the church. And this is why even deeply flawed individuals like Tate or even secular, non-religous individuals like Peterson or Rogan are where young men are gravitating to, and not the Church

Hey if you need these dudes on the internet to tell you what is healthy, and you are getting that from them, then that’s great. Keep it up. Some people get an extremely similar message in other ways. Not sure how listening to a podcast > spending Sunday mornings with family/friends and sharing/discussing the same message is detrimental.

FYI, you too much internet. Cut back. It’ll be better for you

Again with the put downs (and anger?).

Most atheists are ambivalent about people of Faith. They'll even go so far as to admit the Christian morality is a net plus for humanity.
But not you.
I suspect you do believe in some sort of higher power,or the notion of universal good vs. evil, but for whatever reason you've become hostile. Do you feel God has failed you somehow?
Praying for you, brother!

And with that, you can have the last word.
