Currently the NPR story referenced below has several hundred thousand views and has been prominent / frontpage, all day (I even read it twice by accident) on news sites like Google News.
But it references one, anonymous DOD 'official', and even then, fails to identify who it was.

The MiC and the Pentagon are to big to stop leaks especially as they create "leaks" as well. The pressure won't stop until DJT brings up a outside audit of all operations at the Pentagon.

I don't blame him for the fact that the reporter was included in the group.
What I do blame him for is initially getting all defensive and blaming the reporter who broker the story. It wasn't the fricking reporter's fault.
What I don't want to see is fricking amateur hour, and trashing the reporter who broke the story is a classic example of that.

If I was Pete and I wanted to find out if Signal is secure and who I can't trust...this is exactly something I would do with info that is "hot" but not classified.
