I'll say this as someone who happily voted for him but wasn't crazy about him as a person: I'm impressed.
The federal government, with unlimited resources, went up his arse with a microscope for 3 years. Any man with his business history has done SOMETHING, somewhere, that was either shady or not clearly unethical but technically illegal. They came up with jack shite, and I'm surprised. I never bought the Russia stuff, but I figured they'd find something to hang him on, and they whiffed. He's either a lot cleaner than I thought or smarter than the FBI and CIA when it comes to covering his tracks.
If you gave me those resources and drew a circle around DC and told me I could investigate everybody with an income over $150k, I bet I could get indictments on 80-90% of them. Fudging taxes, tearing a mattress tag off; everybody breaks laws.

I would place Trump behind Nunnes because even though all the crap was against Trump, Trump by his own clumsiness provided some of the fodder that could be used against him.
Don't get me wrong when I say that. Trump is as innocent as a lamb in this but he says and does a lot of things without weighing the political ramifications of his words.
I placed Nunnes as #1 because he did an investigation and filed a report that the IG agreed with on every count.
Technically one could argue if you had read Nunnes' report then you already knew everything that was in the IG report.
