How does that impact the pardons?

It doesn't unless they have some sort of proof that the pardons were being issued without Biden's consent.

Here is another post explaining what they're talking about.

Today, we're launching “Farseer,” a multi-phase initiative designed to transition mature quantum sensing and timing technologies directly to the Joint Force.

Farseer seeks innovative commercial solutions to prototype and demonstrate advanced, quantum-enabled sensing and timing platforms to address warfighter needs. It is structured across four primary Lines of Effort (LoE), each focused on critical mission use cases:

- Magnetometers

- Gravimeters

- Portable clocks, and

- Component technologies for spiral enhancements to quantum sensing and timing solutions.

This project represents a fundamental shift away from the limitations of classical Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) sensors. By harnessing the unique properties of quantum physics, this project is set to shatter the longstanding "sensitivity-SWaP" (Size, Weight, and Power) trade-off, unlocking unprecedented situational awareness for aerial, surface, and subsurface missions in the electromagnetically contested world.

“The United States Department of War must accelerate deployment and commercialization of quantum sensing to maintain superiority of knowledge of the battle space, speed of decision, and operational dominance,” said Kyle Norman, who leads DIU's quantum sensing team.

Yes, but until we get to the reveal apparently everyone is still pretending Joe Biden was actually Joe Biden and that he was a legitimate POTUS. In the meantime, Biden's pardons will remain in effect.

South Dakota has voted to censure John Thune. Unanimously.

See, achieving AI and quantum dominance is a bigger deal than even possessing nuclear weapons when it comes to war operations. What they're talking about will be able to provide war fighters accurate intelligence being generated by the enemy in real time. It completely changes the nature of war.

And for these reasons, their development will never be restricted. Instead, our government treats this stuff like it is a national security critical initiative. Because it is.

Not really sure. I do know that Trump had said that only two signatures were Bidens and the rest auto pen

Right. But in regards to pardons it does not matter. Pardons don't even need a signature at all. It's pretty wild. Check this one out. Even if it were proven that Biden was accepting bribes for pardons, those pardons would remain valid. The POTUS' pardon power is the closest thing we have to the type of authority reserved for an actual monarch.

The only way those pardons can be invalidated short of proving that Biden was an illegitimate POTUS would be if you had proof that Biden did not approve of the pardons. And it would have to be actual proof, because he could always just lie and say he approved them and they would be legally valid.

I assert that, because at its core, the people who have long run the largest global criminal enterprise in history are, in fact, Luciferians.

I wish I were kidding.

Even if you think it's far-fetched, that doesn't mean it's not true. And plausible deniability gives them social cover.

But they do legitimately practice the dark arts, and by that I mean the same dark arts that have been passed along for centuries... It's their religion. Hell, all of this represents integral parts of their religion used as a means to control the world from behind the curtains. These are the people whom our politicians (save for mainly Trump and a handful of others) and the likes of Jeffrey Epstein and his contemporaries answer to.

What? You didn't think he was the only one doing what he did, did you? Epstein merely served his Master's, and the Master's demand he run a blackmail & evil debauchery empire for them. One which is founded in grooming, sex-trafficking, institutionalized child rape, torture, sacrifice, and, yes, cannibalism. These are all just part of their religion.

This is also why Epstein was keeping track of everyone eating their allotment of flesh, generally in the form of jerky, as one can assume this would be the easiest way to carry it home and/or carry it with you.

Turns out that the consumption of human flesh was part of the bargain that people traded for wealth and fame, their own personal deal with the Devil, as it were

I understand and support that but also know that in the wrong hands it would quickly be used against us. Some will want transhumanism to extend their lives or help in other ways but to start chipping people for identification purposes...I'm entirely against.

Part of it be that it happened last year and isn't new news.
