Traumatize? Sending a single email? Are you aware of what Salesforce is and how many corporations track literally every single meeting their employees have? Good Lord.

You clearly have not worked for a large corporation.
Ever posted at work? If so, you’re the pot calling the kettle black.

frick off Bozo the Clown Government employees are low iq lazy pieces of shite who have been wasting taxpayer dollars for decades.
You guys realize the vast majority of money is spent on projects, and not the direct government employee, right? As an example, in the case of a billion dollar, multi year, construction project, only about .1% is spent in government personnel managing the project over those years. The other 99.9% is all civilian construction contractors, civilian construction management companies, and civilian design engineer firms.

How long does 8 posts a day take? Your question was non responsive to my question. You clearly aren’t aware of what companies like Salesforce do. You should do some research. Hundreds of large corporations track every single meeting an employee has. That doesn’t mean they expect the employee to work 10 hours non-stop. But they do track every single meeting. That is just the facts. To say asking for one email is traumatizing is absolutely laughable and just shows you haven’t spent any time in the business world.

Irrelevant to the validity of requiring a single email detailing their weeks activities.

RFK is actually correct. The goal is to demoralize them into quitting. This isn’t an efficiency thing.
Where I differ from RFK is that I think it’s a good thing (at least a necessary thing).

My friend is in computer engineering. Works remote. His mouse movement is tracked. If it stays 8dle for more than 15 mins he gets written up.

Every sales organization in any moderately sized company tracks every single moment of activity. I’m amazed people don’t know about this.

Lumping ALL gov employees into one group is my only problem. I work for the DOD. Your freedom depends on my job performance.(Top Secret Security clearance) I do my job exceptionally and lead a strong team of performers. I retired after 20 years of Naval service prior to this job.
I do however work with Gov lifers who consistently find ways to not work, frick shite up, talk down and hate on Gov employees who served in the Military.
My only issue is people like you who lump me in a catch all category with those people.
What many of don’t understand is I don’t have the time or the patience to deal with this dumb arse email. I already have to deal with the fellow employees that don’t do their part.
So while many of us “Republicans” are happy that those people are getting processed out. Their are many like me that are a little tired of being lumped into their category

Trump’s goal is to fire 1 million federal employees. This isn’t just about making them more productive.

I’m not sure about all Federal workers but FAA employees complete their time cards every two weeks through an app called Castle. Part of Castle is LDR. Through LDR, an employee accounts for every hour they’ve worked in the previous two weeks.

It's been fascinating to see the federal employees on this board out themselves in real time. Big mad someone is checking to see if they're doing their jobs or fricking about on taxpayer time.

They couldn't even make sure they sent the email only to the departments it pertained to. It seems lazy and poorly-executed for maximum effect.

That’s a little intense. I have heard of Teams being monitored and if they see you in idle they ask why. I think that is excessive. Tracking meetings and activity is not, though. The company sets the expectations and the employee meets or exceeds the activity expectations and all is fine. It’s how sales organizations work.
