The deals being made for self-enrichment, how do we hold them accountable being that they are not elected officials?

The profits from the deals being made, will the American ppl get a share?

We have laws. As long as they don’t violate the laws there is nothing to hold them accountable for. And what share would the American people get? Aside from taxes on the income and maybe tariffs? Are you suggesting we should confiscate their wealth?

You are missing common sense.

As others have stated….you need to learn the purpose of the trip and then you can ask yourself “what sort of person should have gone instead?”

You don’t come off as wanting dialogue. You come off as wanting confirmation.

Maybe I am viewing this wrong, and someone here can steer me in the right direction.

One of the core tenets I liked about Trump and the MAGA movement was that you guys identify the problems caused by wealthy people buying and lobbying politicians and influencing policies that only benefit them. And also that maybe we outsourced too much of our productivity to China.

One of the core principles of the MAGA movement was the need to remove money from politics, but it seems this idea has completely gone off the rails, and no one here cares about it.

Do you just trust Trump so much that you’re willing to let it slide? Really, what is it?

He's trying to kick out big corporations from buying single-family homes. He went against Big Pharma on pricing. He's put our VP in charge of going after fraud and is negotiating against other world leaders on what we at least hope is a better outcome for Americans. You think he is only for rich people and not for everyday Americans?

Many strive to be part of the ones not having to be in the 70% required to pay for others. Be part of that 70% and your whole perspective changes

The left doesn’t create jobs. The left doesn’t create anything but division, victimhood and grievance.

The left takes.
The right produces.

Read Atlas Shrugged.
Read Animal Farm.
Read 1984.
Read Brave New World.

Or you could see how opening up Chinese markets to American businesses helps Americans while also diminishing Chinese strengths

Why was it taxpayer-funded, AF-1/Military escort, etc.? Is that how business deals are typically done?

I don’t remember that ever being a core tenant. He campaigned against political corruption but being able to spend money in support or opposition of political ideas or people isn’t necessarily corruption.

You should consider analyzing real data instead of relying on bumper stickers as a form of thought leadership.

It’s quite astonishing to me that a group of billionaire CEOs, funded by taxpayers' money, flying to China to represent the American people, is considered acceptable.

How did the left get labeled as the party of the elite again?

We've all just accepted the cake we will have to eat?

Man. You're really upset about those gas prices right now, huh?

Well if you think those books encompass the ideas of the American Left, there's no hope for you.
