Moderna was created and funded to develop mRNA therapies. Pumped full of money by powerful people. They had yet to produce anything to market to this point.
The limit of my kook thoughts is it was released to expedite acceptance and release of this type of therapy for profit.
Whether that's the case or not, this virus was an absolute goldmine for Moderna and its investors.

And from what I've read about the POTENITAL for vaccines (nanobot version)...it really seems that predicting the future by imagining the past, may not be indicative of what is to come.
IMHO, the OP has juice. Both in a Theological and Worldly sense. If I were an aspiring Authoritarian...it is exactly what I would do. Monitor and control...within desired parameters of belief and action. I think that is exactly what is coming. If they power is there...they will use it.
