Have we ever had another world “leader” come to our country and our “leaders” roll out the red carpet for them knowing they will ask for money the way Volodymyr Zelenskyy has? Not only does he ask, our people in charge gladly give it to him.
Yes,

I don't believe it will be a losing effort, but Biden must allow Ukraine to fight with their gloves off.

Terrified of ‘escalation,’ Biden is being bluffed into losing Ukraine to Putin
By Post Editorial Board
Published June 21, 2024, 7:04 p.m. ET
‘History is watching. The failure to support Ukraine at this critical moment will not be forgotten,” President Biden said on the two-year anniversary of Russia’s invasion of Ukraine.
“Now is the time to prove that the United States stands up for freedom and bows down to no one.”
Strong words.
Too bad they are nothing more.
Time and again, Biden has bowed down to Vladimir Putin, allowing the tyrant to dictate the terms of this unlawful, immoral invasion.
Nowhere is this more true than the disgraceful limitations on Ukraine’s strategy.

Congress is making big bucks from lobbyists. they're giving our tax dollars to Raytheon, General Dynamics and Boeing. in return, they get our tax dollars for passing "aid" bills from these companies. Zelensky is just a prop used to enrich the DC elites.
McCain Feingold would have (and did) address these issues, but the GOP killed it by brining a case to the Supreme Court. Well done GOP!

Well, France giving us all their money to weaken the British helped lead to their own French Revolution…
Just sayin, there’s always a silver lining.

BULL shite! We send a corrupt "country" our old stuff and train them in old Soviet era defense strategies, that were designed by NATO, that depends on air dominance, which Ukraine does not have and never will.
Then we expect them to go on an offensive with a populace that has seen how many of THIER own PEOPLE have Died, or horribly wounded in a valiant but unwinnable conflict and we are supposed to support it because it creates work for our "defense" contractors?
With friends like US, they would be better off speaking Russian.., again.
This is about our grand strategy to weaken Russia and take their shite and also take what's left of Ukraine's shite too.
It's discusting!

Basically in a nutshell… Ukraine as $12 TRILLION worth of minerals in their ground.
Putin thinks it’s his (and it actually kid of is his) and he wants it back and America is trying to steal it.
It’s the ONLY reason for this war.
You say this like it’s a bad thing.

There is cash but not anywhere near the numbers you hear. In this case it is cheaper to give them our old stuff rather than demil it and pay the MIC to do so

It all goes back to how politicians making $150k/year are all for the most part multimillionaires. They are all in on the grift.

Better late than never.... I suppose. Yes. It's beyond "odd". It's pure corruption. The commies in our federal government don't even put effort into creating believable lies. They push whatever narrative thru the MSM and we the people (whose taxes are funding our own destruction) allow it.
Make no mistake, WE are responsible for every corrupt and foul action committed by our government.
Nothing will change until the American sheep pay attention to what matters instead of the side shows.
Look at this board. Every other thread created is about brain addled Biden. Why? All the talking heads, same. This has been obvious since Biden took office! We should be demanding our border is closed, all spending stopped until a feasible reduced spending plan is created, and zero dollars go to Ukraine.
Nothing less.

what in the hell? McCain was one of the biggest beneficiaries of defense contracts. he was a big time KBR guy. millions of dollars of taxpayer money is funding his daughter's healthy lifestyle.
