It was foretold that these social media companies will collapse under the weight of their crimes. Twitter is right on track for that to happen. Eventually their shareholders are going to sue that company into oblivion.

Every one if these contracts has a material adverse change clause, and that would 100% fall under it.
I was part of a company being taken private by KKM for $6B until a few months before close one of our engineering teams in Germany spent $200m in one month unapproved on supplies and equipment. That was enough for KKM to claim a material adverse change and back out of the transaction.

It probably never occurred to a one of them that bots could be either that numerous or a potential liability for the company.
IMO, I think he was probably either approached by Truth Social, or was in the process of making his own site before someone in the company let him know that there were X many bots and it was a massive liability.

Their SEC filings attest less than 5% of their 330M. That's securities fraud.
