I think there's a simpler path. A President has virtually unlimited power to pardon FOR A frickING CRIME. N9 blanket pardons. If a president wants to pardon his crackhead son for bribery and treason then he has to pardon him FOR BRIBERY AND TREASON.

No it wouldn't. The constitution is clear, the president alone holds the power to pardon. It can't be delegated to another individual or cabinet head because they are not the president. There is overwhelming evidence that the power was co-opted by those within his administration and they were issuing and signing pardons via auto pen. Any pardon issued by anyone not named Joe Biden or acting on behalf of Joe Biden is invalid.

The constitution also is not explicit in the manner in which a pardon must be delivered. Theoretically a POTUS could issue a pardon without ever even putting pen to paper. A verbal order would suffice.
Conversely, if someone else wrote out the pardon for him, so long as he says he approved it, it would remain valid. Even if his cognitive state were declined. You get into an issue of, "well, why didn't his cabinet and VP invoke the 25th?" You can't just invalidate his actions.
Hell, even if it were proven that Joe Biden was selling pardons for cash money the pardons would remain in effect.
