The USSC is more conservative now than in decades. But they aren’t going to hear looney tunes cases already dismissed or decided with prejudice in lower courts. If you want courts in the back pockets of your populist heroes, there are plenty of countries with such a system.
Take this bullshite take to a board that isn’t paying attention.

Cwill is happy with voting laws being subverted.

they send mailers asking what issues matter to you. usually 8 or 10 to pick from. you pick 3 most important to you.
they let you write in your pet idea.
listen to AOC. shes very good.
you don't need to agree. just listen.

key legal phrase is looney tunes.
why is this case looney tunes?

Perhaps, the USSC, is trying to keep the dems from packing the court, which the dems have promised. Nothing will be done about election fraud while the dems are in control.

From my link on page 2 - because the campaign tried to just toss the absentee ballots in two heavily Democratic counties which they lost, and not the rural ones they won?
I don't think that makes it looney tunes, but rather transparently cynical in goal.
Edit: Here is another local Wisconsin paper link that goes more in depth on the case.
MSJ - Wisconsin Supreme Court upholds Biden win
quote:
. . .
In the majority, conservative Justice Brian Hagedorn joined the court's three liberals to confirm Biden's win. They found one of Trump's arguments was without merit and his others were brought far too late.
Trump's challenges to Wisconsin's voting laws "come long after the last play or even the last game," Hagedorn wrote for the majority. "(Trump) is challenging the rulebook adopted before the season began."
. . .
Monday's ruling marked the fourth time in a week and a half that the same coalition of justices ruled against Trump and his allies.
Biden edged out Trump in Wisconsin by 21,000 votes, or 0.6%. It was a winning margin of about the size Trump enjoyed four years ago.
Trump paid $3 million for a recount in Dane and Milwaukee counties, but the recount slightly widened Biden's win.
. . .
Trump sought to throw out more than 220,000 ballots cast in Milwaukee and Dane counties, the state's most populous and most Democratic areas. He wanted to let stand ballots that were cast the same way in the state's 70 other counties.
Trump attorney Jim Troupis contended clerks had broken the law by filling in the addresses of witnesses on absentee ballot envelopes. With the support of Republicans, the state Elections Commission four years ago told clerks they could do that if they were able to confirm the addresses.
. . .
Karofsky and Dallet wrote a brief concurring opinion Monday that noted Trump had not alleged fraud in Wisconsin, despite tweeting and talking incessantly about fraud since losing the election.
"The President failed to point to even one vote cast in this election by an ineligible voter; yet he asks this court to disenfranchise over 220,000 voters. The circuit court, whose decision we affirm, found no evidence of any fraud," the pair wrote.
. . .
Trump and his backers have appealed the rulings from the federal judges in Milwaukee, but their chances appear bleak because of the U.S. Supreme Court's recent ruling and the fast-approaching Electoral College meeting.
Some Republicans are considering challenging the results of the election when Congress counts the electoral votes on Jan. 6. Pulling off such an effort would be unprecedented.

You must understand... outsiders are not allowed to play in this game and Trump and his supporters must be punished so that this does not happen again... EVER...

The right has 3 options.
1. Cheat just as much but this hard to do because you have to get rural and small town precincts to do it all over while Dems only have to get a couple people in urban areas to do it.
2. Start being violent and removing the evil.
3. Do nothing and watch the country go down the drain.
All roads point to one outcome eventually, it will get bloody and violent and lead to a splitting up of the nation or complete authoritarianism if the evil wins.

Yep
That is the lesson learned. I hope the GOP has 28 billion votes in the next election.

#1 won't happen because while the Left can get away with it, if the Right tried it there'd be hell to pay in the media, courts, legislatures, etc like SHOULD have happened in this case
#2 will happen one way or another as a consequence of #3; particularly when #3 includes the rounding up and placing in camps those whose thinking doesn't align with the regime

No secret John Roberts really hates Donald J. Trump. Apparently he runs the show over there at SCOTUS.

Does anyone know what arguments or strategy was used? Did Trump’s team or whoever brought the lawsuit have a different argument/strategy than last time?
I believe I was watching Fox News when they said that the Texas lawsuit had the best chance to reach the SC. If it is the same or very similar it had no chance.
