It wasn’t. Wisconsin violated state law in numerous ways. No one gives a frick because it was against Trump. You can dress up your argument in a hundred different ways. Wisconsin flouted the law and the courts couldn’t be bothered to care.

Wisconsin lawfully appointed its presidential electors in the process determined by its state legislature.

That’s the finding of the federal circuit appellate court.

They illegally allowed people to change their status to “indefinitely confined” as a reason to absentee vote by the tens of thousands.

They held illegal voting events in Madison, WI. The “Vote in the Park.” It took place before any in-person was legally allowed.

So you can dance around the real issues and obfuscate the truth.

It was a gross subversion of election law on a number of fronts.

That’s in addition to the laughable same-day voter registration.
