As some have said and I agree in other threads. You can still have faith and realize the evil that has taken over. Many who faithfully attend Holy Mass are given good favor. Some USA religious sects live to catholic bash from the pulpit. No need to catholic bash. It could also be said that it is the true Church as it is seen in prophecy as being taken over in pure evil.

Well, re Lucifer - the Idea that Knowledge of Good and Evil (Adam's Symbolic Choice) makes for a (potentially) better Individual, given that the Individual who possesses Knowledge over the state of Ignorance (I.e., Innocence) acts out of an educated choice, as opposed to an ignorant choice.
In that vein, I think Lucifer is a good thing. But...given that 'Power corrupts', and that the (Allegorical?) Lucifer was indeed the "shining Angel"...then the power of Ego and the Idea that *He* (Spirit version, limited but unlimited) was essentially 'equal' to God...was just too powerful and feel-good to overcome. At least for some, 2/3 bought in, I suppose. To each their own.
IMO, there was no "act of great sacrifice"...but an acquiescence to the innate power of Ego/Self Worship, as opposed to acquiescence to the Power (Love/Unity) of The Whole. At some point, an Individual chooses their ultimate value. Tom Sowell calls it a "First Principle"; from which all thereafter springs.
It's the ultimate paradox...that it takes the creation of multiple, imperfect 'Selves' (Individuality) to more perfectly manifest as Love. The Whole (God) can/does manifest as perfect Unity/Love...and is perfection. But The Whole manifest as created Individuals, has the potential for greater experience of Love, as Love requires more than one to manifest. Quantity applies.
And further, monumentally paradoxical that the identical Truth/Knowledge that is The Word...takes one Individual to 'hell' (absence of Love) while that same Truth/Knowledge/The Word/Holy Spirit takes another to 'Heaven'.
Bottom line. They (whomever) can sacrifice their children...while I'll enjoy loving mine. But if they want to sacrifice mine...we've got a problem. The 'turn the cheek' days are over...the "come not to send peace, but a sword" days are here. Any Idea that does not promote Love...promotes Love's Opposite. I.e., 'going to hell'. I think we'll need the Good Lord's help, finessing this process.
Big stuff. Worship falls short...but Love don't. Thank you Jesus.

I wasn't bashing Catholics.
I was bashing what their church has evolved into and their leadership. I'm sorry but I have no sympathy for an organization that covers up pedophelia, especially the lengths at which they went to cover it up.
