O9A and 764 would be more nihilists today. I think the O9A is more like the Church of Satan or Satanic Temple where it engages in occult/Satanic edge lord behavior, and they used some Naziism for that in the past. Only organizations like SPLC think it is actual neo-Nazi ideology. It's mostly about seeming as "evil" and outrageous as they can. Some sects have used Osama Bin Ladin instead of Naziism. It's just about being extreme/offensive more than real ideology.

Your argument could be more compelling if you didn't start with an opposing POV that nobody has espoused. Both 808 and I have posted in plain English that we don't blame Kirk's murder on the SPLC. We're arguing that the SPLC is an outsized resource for those advancing the narrative that the shooter most definitely become a believer of. I'll say it again - you don't have to subscribe to the SPLC's newsletter to be subject to their nonsense.
