If the SPLC presents donors who are fine with this behavior and testify this behavior was expected, it's going to be hard to say those investors were defrauded.
Were these donors that are willing to defend the splc notated in the indictment documents?
I'm just wondering if anyone else is allowed to make assumptions and draw conclusions that are not literally spelled out in the indictment or are only you allowed to do that?

No, and that's not shocking, for a variety of reasons.

I was discussing potential future defense strategy in response to the indictment, expanding on a person who asked me an honest, legitimate question.
Stop melting. It's bad for your health.

What did they expose with the $70k?
Other than their content, it's been established (Despite the dishonesty by the admin around the time of the fist indictment) they did give intel to various LEO agencies, including the DOJ (Blanche had to walk back their initial statements in public humiliation)

When it comes to cultural/social issues, you're arguably the the biggest left-wing radical here, "Mr. Conservative."
I swear, you white-knight for all of it. The SPLC, the lie of Charlottesville, the lie of J6, etc.
Hell, I bet you were Jussie Smollett's biggest supporter here until that stupid farce completely fell apart.

I have discussed literally 0 cultural/social issues in this thread, or any discussion about the SPLC indictments

Didn't happen

100% wrong, as usual.

I don't think the SPLC donors will consider this to be fraud.
As a supporter, do you consider them a "Fraud"?
Do you feel proud of your support?
How much hate did they generate? How many contributors to their cause, did they fool into contributing.

I always called the Smollet stuff a hoax, scholar. Try (and fail) again.

You are nothing but a troll then. You support them being able to do what they do. You have spent literally dozens of posts constructing some sort of bullshite justification for them doing whatever they want.

The SPLC are running advertisements on YouTube asking for donations to fight hate groups that they created.

do you think these organizations in which key individuals were provided funding by the SPLC were ultimately harmed by those contributions? or do you think that they were able to extend their operations as a result of the influx of cash?
When was the last time the KKK or Aryan Nation did anything of note? Meanwhile we have actual groups like BLM and ANTIFA allowed to destroy communities when "protesting", and it's supported by our media and half the country.

Sure and that was my point. Why are you free to express opinions on why an "anti-racist" organization giving money to racist groups is actually a good thing, but you get butthurt when anyone has the opposite opinion- that the "anti-racist" group giving money to racists/nazis is actually not a good look for them.

You created a conflation with a double straw man. Impressive

Its layers of strawmen and stupidity responding to anything you post, I dont think you even know what you're arguing most of the time.

Why can't you just admit that the SPLC is a corrupt and fraudulent organization? You've been kissing their arse ever since they were indicted.
Dude, you need to buy a vowel and get a clue. Far more ridiculous than this matter, and just like everybody else, you've seen the extent to which the corrupt Political Establishment has gone for over a decade now to destroy a man who dared to run for (and win) the Presidency who did not rise up from within their ranks. You saw (and should've figured out) the lie of Trump/Russia collusion, the 22-month Weissmann/Mueller witch-hunt, 2 bogus impeachment trials, a stolen election, an FBI raid on his home, multiple bogus indictments in several different jurisdictions, and finally, the assassination attempt in Butler.
And yet, you have never been able to connect the dots on any of it. You keep telling us how "intelligent" you are, but the truth is that you're one of the most ignorant people who posts on this board.

One of those very educated but very dumb people. Very much like DEI black ladies.

Snitches aren’t heads of organizations. You’re decompensating.
They're also typically used to get actionable evidence, like with law enforcement. So they got inside information on a group that everybody already knew was a bunch of nazis. I'm pretty sure I know why they spent the money but what do their defenders think they got for their $70k?
