So much for free speech in Michigan if this bill passes. Everywhere you look, progressives are tearing down our country piece by piece.
A bill moving through the Democrat-controlled Michigan State Legislature would make it easier for prosecutors to bring felonious “hate crime” charges against dissident speech.
The possible implications for preachers, school administrators, teachers, parents, politicians, and citizen activists have alarmed conservatives concerned about the effect the bill may have on free speech.

This would get struck down in a heartbeat by the CURRENT SCOTUS. It would be 5-4, with Roberts joining the commies.

Whoever the first victim is of this will be so lucky. Between a gift wrapped iron clad lawsuit against the state of Michigan they will have so many book tours and media appearances they will be set for life.
