But we have no problem with the Tobacco smell that’s been around for a century?

Yeah, that's me.

You're retarded. Any time someone disagrees with you, real or perceived, you immediately ignore everything they've said and just start flailing away at a construct you've created. You have this imaginary box and if they simply MUST fit inside it, their actual words and ideas be damned.

We obviously do, which is why its usage has been stigmatized and restricted.

If you can't go through your day without getting high, you have an issue.

I bet you do. The few brain cells that you have left from your alcohol and pot usage make pictures a lot easier for you.

I've asked several times, what is your view on the legality of weed and you deflect.

Except you're the one who has to use emojis.

Oh, clearly. His lot in life demonstrates that entirely. Gee, I can only dream to be intelligent enough to have multiple failed marriages, chronic substance abuse, and a revolving series of meager-paying jobs as my "career".

Gee, Powerman, you got me there.

Absolutely, because it impacts other people. I voted against the Florida referendum on outlawing smoking in restaurants because I like property rights more than I hate cigarette smoke, but modifying the behavior of smokers in public spaces is no different than laws against pollution.

I have spent time in Amsterdam. Quite a lot. And everyone knows that city and its reputation of marijuana.

That having been said, it is NOT like what is being described here in the article posted (or in what some commentators have said, about the apartment building in Missouri, about going out to dinner in Colorado, etc.).

How do they manage to have pot be legal there and more or less not noticeable (you can easily live in Amsterdam and not really know pot it legal, just as you can avoid the red light district if you don't go looking for it). how do they pull this off?

Why can't America figure this out?

You can tell who the prudes are every time one of these threads pop up. So now it's the odor that's the big fricking issue? Ever heard of vape cartridges, edibles, tinctures?

It's weird that people that live in states where it is still illegal seem to be bitching the most. You're not allowed to smoke it in public in Oregon. Do some people do it anyway? Of course. But I rarely ever smell it in public.

But, unlike some of you Joe Fridays, it wouldn't bother me if I did.

Wrong. That’s trashy too.

Youre wanting to shame users.

Tell me about how you, someone with ideals out of the 1930s know about weed?

I'll bet mamaw scared the shite out of you didn't she?
You are clutching at ad hominem straws instead of rational discussion. You don't have an argument that is sensical so you do as almost all liberals do: resort to name calling.

Because you asked me AFTER you lied about what I believed and I'm not on a witness stand or obligated to answer your bullshite. Had you asked me up front I'd have happily answered and it would be the same answer I've given multiple times on this forum.

Again, if you read my posts in this thread and have a little brainpower it's not difficult to figure out.

So you think you're smarter than him because he has some flaws and substance abuse history?

Hate to tell you but that doesn't increase your intelligence

There are plenty of highly intelligent people that have had issues with substance abuse including several presidents. You aren't as smart as any of them.

Chief, you have no clue what it even remotely is.

You're an urban metrosexual who cannot understand what men do.

Past Presidents are just like Roger.

Just frick off. You're one of the dumbest posters here, so to be honest, I don't give a shite about what opinion of me you may happen to hold. The fact that you're defending the angry old man who is mischaracterizing multiple posters' views in this thread says a lot about you.

Didn't say that

My point is that someone isn't necessarily stupid just because they've had addiction issues. You can't honestly be so dumb to think that you're smarter than someone just because they've had some addiction problems.

I didn't read the whole thread so I don't know if he's acting angry. I just know that your logic is infantile.
