He was part of that entire Shitshow. Up to Covid, Trump was doing great. He obviously got scared watching body bags and reefer trailers in NYC on TV. IMO, Trump dropped the ball bigtime when the team that Fleming was on announced 2 weeks to stop the curve, masking, social distancing and Operation Warp Speed.
