If you believe anything coming out of Paul Ryan's mouth, the exact opposite is what is going to happen.

Start with the low hanging fruit. When they get arrested, deport them. No finding or catching needed. Punish sanctuary cities so hard that they will cease to exist.

Step 1: Build that wall. Secure border.
Step 2: Enforce existing immigration laws.
Step 3: Punish sanctuary cities for not enforcing existing laws.
Step 4: When illegal's are caught by police in the act of Crime. Deport.
Simple really.

It's ridiculous how many people don't realize that many illegals will self deport once the border is made more secure. They don't want to be separated from their families back home.
