No, they are absolutely relevant.
What I think you mean to say is that there is no solution to be found by focusing on those aspects, and you're probably right about that. Obviously we can't incarcerate people just because they have a low IQ, for example.
But that doesn't mean that those factors are irrelevant to violence.

Low IQ leads a person to act emotionally and irrationally without thinking of the consequences.
Also it’s a combination of low IQ and the warrior gene. 60% of black men carry the warrior gene compared to 34% of white men. A negative side of that gene is you get easily angered and can be triggered to commit violence

Because our culture teaches us to harness and direct our violence when are where it’s needed. Black ghetto culture does not. The cultural problems need to be addressed.

Another issue with IQ difference explains the low number of interacial marriages..black/white or black/Asian. People of different nationalities, races, interests and sizes have successful marriages. But you never see a person with a 120 IQ marry one with a 90 IQ. It just doesn't work out.
