The real reason gun violence will never go down and it can’t be discussed

It’s simple, man has a heart problem. We are sinners and prone to sin. People murder for the same reasons they lie, cheat and steal.
Because leftists can never admit it’s a sin issue, only superficial fixes that never address the root causes can be offered. Man has always been violent and always will be until the earth is redeemed.

We used to have a majority, in this country, that believes exactly that. I don’t think we have that anymore. The evidence, and consequence, is all around us.

People these days, especially young people, have no regard for human life. They will kill for literally no reason at all

Gun violence barely exists in almost every other 1st world country.

At the most basic core of the problem, you are correct. However, there are some uncomfortable facts some people refuse to acknowledge. If these facts were acknowledged and dealt with accordingly, gun violence would be greatly reduced. Namely, the destruction of the nuclear family and the glorification of the thug culture are a huge, huge part of the problem.

Upwards of 90% of gun violence is addiction-related. Alcoholics on a rage, drug dealers fighting over turf, drug users robbing people to pay for their habits, etc. If you end the war on drugs, you can probably cut the majority of that gun violence (the gang on gang) out.

They want gun control for you and me, not them. Gun control never applies to their side. They know power lies with the pistol.
One, they own the law and the military. Two, the trusting citizens of the left don't have them. They just need you not to have them too. They know the 2nd is binding so they make it such a pain in the butt to get one and then have to walk the tight rope with the law to maintain ownership that some people just don't bother.
