Is that it's hard to know who to take seriously if something serious comes up. Or to even know if something that might look somewhat serious is even serious at all.

Does nobody understand this?

Well I guess we'll know it's kinda serious everytime they lose their job. That a good enough indicator?

Unfortunately, there are many news organizations that are too far gone. You can go ahead and throw anything from MSNBC, CNN, Politico, etc straight into the trash, because you can bank it that it's false or blown out of proportion.

Like the boy who cried wolf? That's exactly what it is. It's no surprise that the trust in the media is pretty low.

I think most everyone understands it. This was the one point Piers Morgan made on Bill Maher that I really agreed with. If you go insane over everything, it devalues going insane over actually insane things. Paraphrasing, of course.

But this isn't unique to the media. Every piece of anti-trump news is fake news now. Calling every single news source fake news devalues actual claims of fake news (which I believe probably started out as the strategy a while back and is now the norm).

I thought that was Trump's strategy all along.

No it's not or Lynch would have lost her job over the tarmac incident.

"Trump's handshake is weird."

"Trump has bad hair."

"Trump's daughter's clothes line is being dropped by Nordstrom."

"Trump's wife might stay in New York."

"Trump likes to go to his golf resort in Florida."

His opponents are still bleeding from Hillary's embarrassing defeat.

no doubt, they shite themselves over Nordstrom, so when Flynn resigns it just like another lib daily tantrum-gotcha production. Good for them, they're oblivious to emphasis or priorities

This is the issue with this entire "war on the media" campaign

the media goes after Trump, sometimes its legit, other times its petty nonsense or completely biased, and then Trump responds, and sometimes its legit, and other times its petty nonsense or completely biased

and nobody has any fricking clue who or what to actually believe

mostly because no one tries to actually research their points, they just immediately latch onto the side in which they want to believe

its this dangerous cycle of misinformation that is happening constantly all around us with people knowing half facts and half biased propaganda

not sure if this is where you wanted this thread to go, but I just felt like ranting and this seemed like an appropriate spot
