I heard an interview with that reporter that was arrested, Solter(s?), where they arrested him and didn't have any charges yet by the time he was in the cell. His lawyer started to push for discovery of communication between the PD and a local ANTIFA group that was out there, and apparently the lawyer was doing a good enough job that they just let him go instead of dealing with the request.
Interesting yarn for the DOJ to pull....
