Saw this on Fox News just a few minutes ago.
We are losing faith in God, our country, our foundations, and each other.
How could you not when the people who run the country, the schools, and cultural institutions everyday attack the pillars of America: capitalism, responsibility and self control, religion?
38% of Americans all ages say they feel patriotic about their country; down from 72% in year 2000
23% of Americans age 40 and under say they feel patriotic about their country
59% of Americans age 65 and over say they feel patriotic about their country
21% of Americans all ages think the US is the best country in the world
39% of Americans all ages say belief in God is important; down from 64% in year 2000
30% of Americans age 40 and under say belief in God is important
27% of Americans all ages think community interaction and involvement is important; down from 65% pre BLM riots and COVID
23% of Americans age 40 and under want to have children and a family
78% of Americans all ages don’t think their children’s generation will have better lives than previous generations

The right feels like the left is hammering away at liberty.

True.
The fact that we waged war for years and killed hundreds of thousands of lives, not to mention maimed hundreds of thousands more, thousands our own, all for a pack of lies that our government told us...is soul crushing as a nation.
Education system has been chopping at the foundations of America for 30 years now; those kids are now adults.
Political leaders that exploit race, division, make threats, gaslight, etc
And throw in the 1-2 punch of COVID and George Floyd/BLM riots to top it off.

We’ve been taking one of our kids on tours of college campuses
Take my word for it, we are all screwed, America as we knew it is dead already. Morality and facts have been 100% replaced by do whatever you want and feelings

Shocking that this quote is Reagan's, as he was just nominally a religious man, only slightly moreso than The Magnificent One.
The only presidential "Bible beater" we've had since Carter was W., and we all see how that worked out.

I don’t feel patriotic about this nation. I’m a veteran that served in combat and there is no way I would go abroad to fight for those in Washington DC. I would only fight for this nation if we were attacked a home on our soil by a foreign military!

When we had accepted American values, it did.
