FYI... This diocese is led by the Bishop of Washington, Mariann Budde. It is home to Washington National Cathedral, which is the seat of both the diocesan bishop and the Presiding Bishop of the Episcopal Church.

It's a tough question as it's dependent on the situation. Fully under the table can get away with not laying easier. But then there's the fake SS# ones whos company require it. Why you sometimes hear about actual citizens getting theirs kicked back.

It’s time to make it zero.
Edit: they say they receive zero federal funding.
Alternatively, move all federal prayer services, etc. to another venue. Take away some of its clout.
