You can bet a lot of these states have turds counting the ballots so they can still pick and choose who wins.
You would have to tie the ballots to who counted them, make sure none were tossed or destroyed, and then audit the count to catch them.

While I believe in election integrity, unless he had some real bombshell and perp walked individuals of actual election fraud in that they voted multiple times under different aliases like the dead, or characters like Mickey Mouse or Donald Duck without an ID, or filled out countless paper ballots and mysteriously dropped those ballots off and were counted with little integrity checks, and enough fraudulent ballots were cast to swing an election, all he had was a lot of smoke on Chyna but no fire.
