I would like to see some legislation that requires every state to purge their voter rolls every 4 years for federal elections, and if that means every eligible voter needs to register again.....so be it!!!!

So this whole speech was just begging Congress to pass the SAVE act? I don't think this is gonna convince any Senators to change their vote.
